PVC conveyor belt adhesive surface is made of polyvinyl chloride (Polyvinylchloride, PVC), whose structure is composed of polyester fiber fabric and PVC adhesive.
Working temperature: -15℃ to +80℃
PVC conveyor belt consists of more layers, including fabric, bottom cover layer, inner layer and top cover layer to ensure its strength, stability and cut resistance.
PVC conveyor belt is best suitable for materials handling, bakery production applications, and meat, fish, and dairy processing.
PVC conveyor belt provide good chemical resistance and are resistant to hot water and steam, as well. Based on specific needs there are also flame-retardant models available.
