It should be observed whether the diameter of the drum is small and the bending stress of the conveyor belt is too large, resulting in fracture; observe the non-working surface of the base belt to see whether there are obvious traces on the base of the separator. If too obvious, it means that the pressure of the secondary vulcanized separator is too high, resulting in the damage of the conveyor belt at this position; the canvas is too large and the stiffness is not correct, resulting in fracture.
