Classification of pattern belt
1. Herringbone pattern conveyor belt:
Features: There are "herringbone"-shaped markings on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body.
The markings can be open or closed. Each marking can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.
Uses: It is suitable for the transportation of powdery, granular and small materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, and can also transport bagged materials.
2. Striped stripe conveyor belt:
Features: There are striped markings on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body. The markings are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each marking can be divided into sparse and dense according to the placement distance.
Uses: Suitable for horizontal transport of packages with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. If grooved, it can replace herringbone markings.
3. Granular stripe conveyor belt:
Features: There are granular markings on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or embedded in the belt body, and the pits can also be made into square holes or prisms and cloth patterns.
Uses: Convex pattern is suitable for flexible packaging or material transportation that requires grip (such as cardboard boxes) or non-slip transportation.
4. Dimple-shaped granular pattern conveyor belt:
It is suitable for the transportation of granular materials with an inclination angle of ≤45 degrees.
5. Fan-shaped stripe conveyor belt:
Features: There are semi-fan (or 1/4 round) markings on the belt surface. When the tape is grooved, the markings are combined into a fan shape (or semicircle), which belongs to the high markings category. Uses: It is suitable for transporting powder, granules and bulk materials at a large inclination angle of ≤60 degrees.
