First look at the composition and classification of the conveyor belt. Conveyor belt is a belt installed on the conveyor for conveying materials. It consists of three parts:

Conveyor belt core: provides the necessary tensile strength, absorbs the impact of the conveying material, and provides the required longitudinal and transverse stiffness.

Conveyor belt core adhesive: high bonding strength between skeleton fabric or wire rope gives the tape good integrity and possible flexibility.

It is the top layer of the belt: to protect the skeleton, transfer power and transport materials, wear, impact, corrosion, heat, acid resistance, increase traction and control materials to meet the role of transport of different materials. So the regular inspection and maintenance of conveyor parts is very important.

Bearing point: bearing point is the vulnerable part of the conveyor belt.

The speed of conveyor belt, the direction of material block and the impact force are the important factors affecting the transport of conveyor belt. The width of the receiving end of the loading chute shall be large enough.

Cleaning: keep the surface of drum and roller clean, and keep the return drum and buffer drum clean. The belt is clean when it enters the return operation.

Roller: Roller rotation is flexible, timely removal of adhesion on the roller.

Upper and lower rollers: should comply with the management requirements of rollers and butter, repair or replace damaged rollers in time.

Tensioning device: check whether the tensioning device can move, the size of the stroke, the sliding condition of the guide frame is good, regularly fill the oil, and check the cover plate set in the tensioning device to prevent the material from falling into.

Conveyor belt: check the conveyor belt regularly. If there is early rubber sleeve damage and belt edge wear, it should be eliminated in time.
